Your first session will include an initial consultation to determine your present and past health and lifestyle, to individually tailor the massage. Advice is offered on what to do in between treatments to maintain or improve your well-being. A course of treatments is usually recommended for optimal results.

Terms & Conditions
- I advise booking 48hours in advance to reserve your spot. Although emergency appointments can be done on the day in cases of acute/sub acute injury! Please contact me directly to discuss availability.
- Once you have booked your slot, I will send you a link to arrange prior payment of your massage.
- Cancellation Policy: I require at least 24 hours notice to change an appointment without charge.
- Should you need to rearrange, an alternative date will be offered before a refund.
